Wheat Beer

Hey all, I have my German sister in law coming over in a few months and she is requesting a wheat beer. I haven't done any extract brews yet and I reckon this will be the first, so if anyone's got an awesome recipe that would be great. Hopefully she won't be disappointed.

Here's a cool link for cloning Redback... great beer... I reckon she'll love it (I think it's actually a german style wheat)

look here this will be a good Brew for a German.........but they do tend to be picky
