Hi sav. I can't speak for the conicals but, their service is great. Very helpful via email when I recently purchased a PID temp controller kit. You need to check that the conicals are food safe.

My biggest concern is would be if these are actually food grade. I'm fairly sure there's a big difference between chemical resistant and food grade...

The website tells me they are indeed made from food safe materials.

I like the idea. $280 for the 60litre sounds good but add in the cost of taps, stand, etc and remember that they are easily scratched, so it could be a false economy (compared to stainless steel).

However, if you use a liner then the life can be extended.
