Now - this is a pic showing the difference between the Ventmatic supplied Collar and snaplock male shank on the left and one supplied with grundy taps.

Differences:
- The ventmatic has little teeth to mate onto the ventmatic tap
- The ventmatic has a smaller hole diameter for the beer to pass thru.
- the grundy has a rubber seal and a larger diameter.
Wether this makes a difference or not - i do not know.
