hi guys ,
did a search but to no avail.

Being a Hop novice was just wondering if i overdid it a bit.

Boiled 50gm saaz pellets in 250gm LDM for 60min,
Last 10min threw in 20gm Tettnanger then heat off and let it sit for another 10min.

Kit is Coopers Blonde
700gm dex
250gm maltodex
+ the 250gm malt with hops.

I know its too late anyway but should i have gone with... Less is More. :unsure:

Don't worry. It'll taste more like Leffe Blond than Coopers, which isn't a bad thing.
