Easy enough to figure out if it is yeast. Switch to drinking bottled Cooper's beers. Swirl the sediment in. If you continue feeling fine, it's unlikely to be yeast.

You are lucky to have stumbled onto the fact that your wellbeing is affected by something environmental and are now in a position to look for the cause. It can be a long process, but it is worth it. I lived with an undiagnosed allergy to nitrates for years and years. Now that I know about it, I can manage it. It's not easy. In my case a slice of bacon or ham can leave me with hives and reflux that lasts for 3+ months.
