Stout

Any good K+K stout recipies out there.I"m going to try a Coppers Stout with 500g corn syurp,500g CBH2,250g black grain and 25g Amarillo hops with 20 mls of Liq ex.I found this in a book that came with my kit.Any thoughts about yeast?

If you can detect the subtle yeast flavours over the massive roast hit in this kit, I'll eat my proverbial wossname.....

Probably not enough fermentables in there, I'd ditch the corn syrup and use some dried malt.
