Seals for Andale font snaplock/fatlock?

Need some replacement seals for my Andale font as I've got a leak and looking at the seals, they're a bit weathered.

I'm not sure what these adapters are. From what I can tell, there's snaplock and fatlock adapters. These look pretty chunky. If anyone can shed some light on them, that'd be much appreciated! Also, if anyone can point me to anyone in Sydney that supplies spares for Andale fonts, that'd also be brilliant.
