Ferment @ 18 degree C. force carbonate 1 week or cask condition for 4 weeks.
Other yeast strains such as London Ale, Coppers yeast etc can be used.
This was one of the first recipes I did when making the step to all grain brewing so it's ideal for a beginner. I have since moved on to brewing slightly more complex recipes such as warrens 4 shades as a reference.
