I just got a letter from puratap saying it's time to change the filters in our undersink setup. Before i book them to come out i was wondering if it's possible to do it myself.
Pulling the unit out (it's one with two filter housings) i can tell already that filter replacements are how puratap make their money. It's not immediately obvious how to get at the filters.
Doing some looking around the web the closest if can find on how to "unlock" the filter housings is them bragging about having a "keyhole" unlock process. The only holes on the whole unit are where it hangs off the wall and i can't see anything in there that looks like it will unlock the housing.
Has anyone managed to open one up?
It's no biggy, if i can save myself $50 in labour for them to do it i'd like to but if not i'll just get em out and watch what they do h34r:
Cheers
