your absalutly right.
I tried recirculating for the first time on the weekend and lost the temp but the wort was clear after 5 min.
will leave it the fill mash time and just start up the pump when i want to sparge mext time. Will recirculate till clear then go the the kettle.
cant wait to get the stand and a coil in the HLT.
have been busy building a water purifier latly so its fallen behind again.
might get over to get the steel tomorrow
