Last year I was forced to purchase some beer as I was low. I decided on a case of Crown Lager. I got it home and removed the six packs from the box and one of the six pack carriers broke and 1 bottle fell to the ground and shattered. This of course upset me a little. Later that night after a few bevvies I e-mailed Fosters and complainded about their cheap packaging.
Long story short, They wanted the packaging and in return sent me a voucher for a whole new case to replace the one bottle that smashed. Received the voucher today. Goes to show a little whinge can go a long way. To top it all off I also had a cellar piont for Vintage Cellars and scored myself a 6pack of Bohemian Pils and a 6 pack of Beez kneez.
Near on a $100 of free beer for me tonight. Which is good, because my brewery is dry from now until I move house and start brewing again. (5weeks)
