90% pale malt
10% Munich,

Bitter up to 40 IBU with NZ B Saaz (Motueka) as aroma hop.

You can use Super Alpha as bittering hop too.

Should get you close.
 
I think a JS Pils clone was the first recipe that Dane put up in the recipeDB when it was reconstructed. I am pretty sure, he uploaded it elsewhere to test if you can upload promash files.

prep 32.14ltrs filtered water
5.00 kg Pilsner [joe white]
500gms Munich light [jw]
300gms Melanoidin
60min Northern Brewer hops 30gms
15min Saaz 25gms
5min Saaz 40gms
Saflager yeast
bulk prime for bottles with 130gms dextrose
Mash - In : add 15.13 L water @ 77.6c
hold 45mins@ 70.0c
Mash Out :add 6.05L water @ 91.7c hold 10mins drain mash tun
batch sparge [email protected]
add water to acheive boil volume 26.33L
estamated pre-boil gravity1.052sg
after boil cool add water if needed to acheive 23.00L
rack after 5 days for 2 weeks then bottle leave 6 weeks and enjoy! :beerbang: :party:
 
Might not be a clone but will be dam nice. A bit bigger than JS I reckon too! Infusion mash would do too!

hold 45mins@ 70.0c :huh: Whats your FG? Would not be under 1.020 I bet! Maybe 66 or 67 max
