I brewed an all Southern Cross APA a while back for a single hop challenge thing. Most people there seemed to think it was pretty good.

But I mainly use it for bittering additions only - at 15-16% AA a 100g pack goes a long way!
 
Had another 20lt of above beer with SC,could not decide whether to make a hop tea or go completely different,or actually drain it.

Decided different,I originally brewed it as summer lager.Today I pitched 1762 and coriander and will taste near end of fermentation.Am hoping 1762 will funk it enough,so I can ignore the SC.

I hate tipping beer,but I won't drink sub standard beer to save a few $
