Just thought I'd throw this out there. My mash tun (75l marine esky) is way bigger than my fermenter frige can handle. just wondered if anyone has attempted to store wort before and does it lose the aroma/ flavour of the hops used. I'm only asking as I just see so much wasted space in the mash but can only fit a 30l fermenter in the fridge. Also can wort be stored without hopping(Short boil to sanitize of course) Dont really know if I'd bother but wondered if anyone had tried.
