hi new to beer brewing

Hi all, I am a new member with a little beer brewing experience with K&k over the last few years and have mastered a few recipes.
I have just bought a used kegking kegerator single tower setup. I also bought separately 2 Spartanburg kegs with the d-type couplers.
I also have a basic all grain setup (coil, pot, gas ring) that has never really worked out well for me.
Looking to improve my brewery and kegging skills here.

Only tried a couple of times with AG the brew got infected with a white spider web on surface. Also beer was kind of thick and gluey. I really didnt have a clue what I was doing.
Expensive mistakes so I stuck with pumping up kit brews instead.
