I meant secondary research, and you know it. Don't be another anal Darren :p
You said @nal Darren.

Damo, as long as the yeast is ready to go as soon as the wort has cooled, no probs. Extended stays in the vessel can only be lost to bugs/contaminants. No-chill in a sealed vessel, fill to the top, cap, invert to cool. You will only pasteurise the inside of the handle upon filling. The remainder of the vessel would already be sanitary from the pasteurising heat. No probs, Bob.

Testify!

80 litre ally pot $125

All quality parts that should last a few years (fingers crossed on the ally pot).

Aluminum has a bad reputation but it's not deserved. Just use a plastic 'scrubby' pad to clean the pot, never steel wool, and it will last your lifetime at least. One other thing: never put an empty aluminum pot onto a lit burner. I was trying to emulate the caramelisation from pouring a small amount of wort into a very hot kettle. It works for SS, but it tends to warp aluminum. <_<

Thanks guys. Ive got a 60l , 30l and 15l fermenter and dont have the room for more cubes. Could i sticky tape the top of my 30 litre fermenter and use that for no-chill than ferment in 60l fermenter?
Does it matter what detergent i use to clean the ally pot?

Thanks everyone Ive decided to go with...

Italian Spiral Burner $95
Medium Pressure Fully Adjustable LPG Regulator $65

Hi mate, just thought I'd add my 2c. If I were you I'd head down to Gameco at Auburn and buy a Rambo burner for $165. I've got one of these and it seriously is the best bit of kit I've bought for my brewery. Very powerful, comes with a reg, has got an auto-igniter, and sits a 'stainless type vessel' straight on to it perfectly. I can get 45L to the boil in 20-30 minutes. I am so impressed with this burner I had to recommend it.

I'm sure the Italian burners are good, but this thing blows me away. C'mon Kabooby, back me up here  .

There are people that pour the wort directly into the fermentor allow to cool then pitch the yeast.
It all depends on your budget whether you want cubes or not.
Plenty of us survive and make good beer on what we have.
I have a huge wishlist but with two kids my list gets longer rather than shorter.
Whatever you decide you will make great beer because you already are accessing a great source of information.

Also ebay is a good place to look.
I picked up a 50 litre aluminium pot with 4mm sides brand new for $53.
I BIAB and that is good enough for me ATM..
