Hello everyone - New to this, been brewing terrible kit style beer for years but my brother (jpanic) and I and a friend started up with AG BIAB last year with some tasty success.

Really appreciate all the info here as it's very Australian specific. Bring on more beer!

Lots of good info. If you want to dip your feet in with AG without shelling out for vast amounts of equipment, do a search (click the google button, not the forums button) for 'all grain brewing under thirty bucks", "stovetop method" and "2 pot stovetop method" - you'll get some ideas, and some vids.
