Hi everyone,

I went past Czech Republic a few days ago and met some locals that gave ma a good address, it's a brewing university and research facility, they do as well have products ready for shipping. So I guess this must be most welcome here...

If any of you know anything about the strain of yeast they have available, I think it's W95 or something... let me know, cuz if it's the same I can get from my local brewing shop, there is no point ordering it...

Yeast Pressed brewers yeast from the RIBM propagation unit package 100g 155,- CZK dosage for pitching ca. 80 l wort, shelf life 7 days at 0 C

1 kg 1450,- CZK dosage for pitching ca. 800 l wort, shelf life 7 days at 0 C

Czech and English certificate and assurance of provenance free of charge

Optional offer of a cooling pad and thermo bag for 350.- CZK for delivery or transport longer than 3 hours

Dried brewers yeast

satchet 11.3 g 73,- CZK dosage for pitching ca. 20 l wort, shelf life up to 1 year

Prices are inclusive VAT (14%).

115 CZK are about 5.70 AUD. Prob not worth shipping the pressed yeast, considering it's shelf life.

Seems like they also have other strains than W95 but I cant seem to find mentioning of which ones they are.

I emailed them yesterday about hop pellets, as in CZ they have some other varieties, see what they say...

I went to this place too they have beautiful beers, especially that dark grizzly one that tastes like nowhere else.

They actually make their own malt on the spot
