Food Grade, Heat Resistant Adhesive

Im building a basic hopback and need to adhere a peice of stainless mesh to the inside of a small pot. welding is not an option. I want to keep it pretty simple to start with untill i know how i want to design a better one eventually.

Something along the lines of a silicon type thing would be pretty good and i will not need much of it.

any ideas out there?

Pretty sure there is a high temp food grade silicone they use on ovens

A mate who works for oven replacement parts said something about it one day
