Bottled a batch of beer that didn't really carb fully in bottle and are a bit "gutless". Just thinking - any logical reason why I can't pour into a container, freeze for a while, removing the ice then going to a keg? Will drink pretty much straight away after the keg is carbed. The icing should intensify the malt/bitterness a bit.

Anyone tried this, or can see something I can't wrong wrong here?

I've done it with fully carbed bottles of GB and worked a treat. Can't see why it wouldn't work with a larger volume.
