HI all not been on here for ages .
After many years of Biab in a 50 Lt keg I finally got all modern a got my hands on a 50lt Guten.
Recent trip to Perth I pulled off a stunning deal of a bloke who just gave up Brewing for some reason.
This purchase consisted of the following.
50lt Guten (12 months old)
3 tap KK kegorator with flow control taps
6x 19 Lt kegs
200lt converted freezer with temp control.
1x10 Lt keg
1x5lt keg
Grain mill
Hop spider
30lt SS fermenter
30lt SS urn
Every fitting under the sun
Electronic Bluetooth submersible hydrometer
2X C02 Bottles with double and single reg
Grains,hops,mini reg,buckets plus every cleaning tool and 2kg PBW so much more.
All for 1200 bucks.
Didn't push him as to why but I reckon the missus may have threatened
divorce by the looks of the cache he had in the garage.
Needless to say I've been having a fat time Brewing my butt off.
Gotta say wish I had one of these Gutens years ago they make Brewing a joy and the beers they produce are next level.
Anyhow gotta go mash times up on my latest brew. Best bitter with fuggles and EKG one of my favourites.

Mate after Biab for years I'm living the dream ,so much great kit out there these days you can really go overboard on the spend.
Reminds me of a quote about fishing lures an old mate told me.
These things catch more fishermen than fish.
At 60 I'm old school been through the days of tin a good and a kilo of sugar to today's tech but I'm flat out trying to keep up..
