Isn't it amazing how if a beer is tasting below average you can just Chuck a bunch of hops into the keg dry and make it drinkable. I'm not talkin competition drinkable, rather not pour it out drinkable
 
Try popping a hop pellet into a super dry one time. Makes quite a substainal change!
 
You need to put them in a cut up stocking though right?

They can block the pickup tube otherwise

Freebees from work- couldnt drink them. Me and my mate decided to at least if we could make them better.

One Topaz hop in each, left for two weeks. much better. Even with the massive amount of hop fragments.

Footnote- I wont be buying SD and doing it again though.
 
I guess what im greeting at it that with a bit more hops, beers get remarkable better (al la the super dry experiment)

It's pretty surprising the change. My advice if you do do it is to decant it - simcoe could be interesting....
