Cider Yeast?

Just a quick query, where does one obtain cider yeast if i intend to just use apple juice to make the volume up?

You can buy one from craftbrewer here mate. http://www.craftbrewer.com.au/shop/details.asp?PID=1594 . If you do a search on cider you will probably find what yeast some others have used

Thats the one you want IMHO there's no better for the job

Thanking you very much, got the yeast on the way,

How is this for a recipe:

18L apple juice (not sur which one is best)
1kg lactose
1kg dextrose (maybe 500g)
Wyeast cider

Im aiming for a slightly sweet cider with a abv of about 6.5-7.5%

Any good sounding?

I would cut apple juice to 14 litres and add 4 litres of apple/pear juice
instead of dextrose go for LDME (light dry malt) it will give it a bit better body
half the lactose
Add about 3 apples cut into slices

Just as a heads up - Woolworths (at least here in WA) have Berri Apple Juice concentrate 2.4L on special 2 bottles for $6. I didn't see any berri apple and pear bottles though.
