Hi
I'm currently brewing beez neez brewcraft and seems to be going along nicely.

The temp was sitting at 20 degrees but the weathers been a bit warmer and now it's crept up to about 23 degress.

Does anyone have any suggestions to get the temperaure down and also would it be best to get it down to about 18 degrees

thanks

cardboard box from bunnings, op shop blanket and frozen milk bottles full of salty water.

Try the 100-can-cooler idea. That's what I'm doing to keep my current brew down around 10-12*C. Buy one of the coolers, stick your fermenter in it, then just keep rotating the frozen salt water bottles, monitoring your temp as you go.
