I changed the recipe slightly based on spec grains I had.

I love the amount of info these guys put on their site about their beers, looking forward to ripping of their saison sauvin soon. I'm actually brewing a basic oz ale and drinking coopers which is uncharacteristically patriotic of me.

You're not patriotic until you can convince your lady to get a pink Southern Crosss tattoo on the back of her neck (or as a tramp stamp -either works).

Well I've got a tattoo for a bet before but I doubt if she would.....how about a massive pink southern cross in the back window of the laser?....That'd be bitchin'.

Cream ale from the Brewing Classic Styles book. Going with Kolsch yeast and flaked rice options. Not my favourite type of beer so maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
