I made your Aussie Draught kit beer a while back and bulk primed with 1 1/4 cups of DME. It has been conditioning in the bottle for 6 weeks now and I tried it on the weekend. Fantastic tase, but.....sort of flat. I know you said it takes a little longer to prime because of the "lagering" and bottling when cold, but should it take this long? DME does have variable fermentability, but I would have thought 1 1/4 cups would be plenty for 22L. I dunno, maybe it's the cooler weather.... :unsure:
