A turdload of dark LME

I recently came into about 20kg of dark liquid malt extract, which is just about at its useby date. I don't much like extract brewing, too much twang, so what other mischief could I get up to with such a resource?

I'd make beer - I didn't get any 'twang' in my extract brews (as in no pre-hopped kits, all extract and my own hop schedule), they were just expensive and a pain compared to AG.

Do a Tripel or a Barleywine and use the Dark LME to bump up the gravity

Yeah thinking that. I'll probably have a barrel free up soon, so I could age it well.

Might buy a bag of smoked and make whiskey. Or most likely half mash (hopefully get rid of the twang, maybe it is in my head) a heap of porter.
