Hey guys,

About to put a down a fresh wort kit,

I've got us 05 yeast, I've got another coopers yeast in fridge as well, will it be any better or harm if I put both yeasts in?

What's the reasoning for using both yeasts?

It'll also depend on what FWK you are planning to ferment.

What OG will the IPA be?

I would just use the US05. Keep the Coopers yeast in the fridge for an emergency, or chuck it if you really want to get rid of it.

I'm intrigued as to what 2 packets of yeast would do to the brew
