I'm pretty new to AG and have no experience with my own recipes. I want to make a beer of about 5%ABV with the following left over ingredients:
Malt: 4kgs of Pale ale and 1.5kgs of Wheat malt; and Hops: Lorel and Sabro (about 15gms each).
I'm wondering what is the best yeast to compliment these ingredients? What I've got on hand is Voss Kviek, US-05 and S-04?
Any guidance appreciated.

I'd go with the US-05, its a very clean neutral yeast that you really cant go wrong with.
Save the KV for when its warmer and you still want a brew.
