Wtf Is Going On?

What is going on here??

When i click on a member profile, and click on options (LHS of screen) scroll down to "find members posts" it comes to a page that says :

Sorry, the board administrator has enabled search flood control. Please wait at least 15 seconds before trying again

give it another 15, 30 45, or even 1min...... it still says it. Is there a problem with the site or is it just me......:lol: ???

Nope! just tried again and then again...... same thing. Tried it both in IE and Chrome twice.
