Just goes to show how different strategies result in different outcomes.... When cyclone Tracy trashed Darwin, Stratton marched in a few days later, and declared Martial Law, with the promise that "Looters will be shot"

Granted, the scales of the 2 places are a little different, but it proves just how close to anarchy some areas really are.

Sitting back and doing diddly squat returned the result it deserved.
