I see some beers owned by big corporations that I thought were quite independent.

Makes you wonder if you would 'sell out' to a big mega-corp if you were pumping out decent beer. Would like to say I wouldn't but who knows when a cheque gets handed to you!

When figures with lots of 0's in them get put under your nose, hell yes I'd sell they call it an exit strategy and every business should have one :)
 
Good coverage of Australia. The threat is global; see my new post David vs Goliath in Brewing.

So far the big owners of Australian brands such as Squire and Little Creatures do not seem to have messed with the beers, but experience in other countries says, don't trust them.
