White Labs is now selling dried yeast.

White Labs is in the dried yeast market. WLP001 California Ale is available in 500g bricks now and soon, 11g homebrew packs.
An interesting choice given that all the other dried yeast makers have equivalent products to WLP001 already. Still, if the price is good, I'm happy to give them a go.

Two more strains to be released soon. I’m really hoping that one of them is their WLP002.

If they’re producing dry and liquid versions of exactly the same strains, it would be really interesting to see side by side experiments.
