Here's what's new:

WLPD066 – London Fog Ale Yeast (11g)

• Perfect for hazy and juicy IPAs.
• Brings out pineapple and ruby red grapefruit aromas.
• Adds a velvety mouthfeel to balance hop bitterness.

WLPD001 – California Ale Yeast (11g)

• A versatile strain for clean fermentations.
• Great for IPAs, porters, and even Kölsch.
• Enhances hop flavors and aromas.

WLPD860 – Munich Lager Yeast (11g)

• Straight from Munich's oldest brewery.
• Ideal for traditional German lagers like Märzen, Helles, and Bock.
• Delivers a clean, crisp lager with malty sweetness.

These are premium yeast with all the advantages of dry yeast. They're a bit pricier at $12.95 per pack, but they're worth it for the quality of White Labs and the ease of dry yeast.
