Were In Sydney To Buy Bulk Extract

Just Starting out brewing again after a 7 yr break from brewing and this time getting serious.
not quiet ready for the Full Grain Extract but over the kit form and want to go to Full unhopped Extract Brewing so can control the flavour more and get it Cheaper.
Already started with Secondary Fermenting and good yeast just want to take it to the next level
Just want to know were in Sydney is a good place to go and get bulk Malt Extract either Liquid or Dry.
Happy for the start to buy the hops in small amount and specialist grain (till find the flavours i like) but want to be able to save money on the main ingredient the Malt extract.

Any Sugestions on were is good and cheap in sydney that can get it.
also what is out there in Bulk Form can only find Bulk Light Malt Extract and Bulk Dark Malt extract is there any other forms of bulk eg amber wheat etc.

The Country brewer got it in for me once before.

They seem to cater strongly for kit brewers on their sie but I've never had a prob getting bulk extract or grain through them
