WANTED champagne bottles, Sydney

Hi all

I need a load of champagne bottles for high-carbonation styles. Before trying the local restaurants etc I thought to ask if anyone has any they no longer need.

No bottles to offer, sorry, but rather than restaurants I can highly recommend tapping up a couple of wedding reception venues.

Ask them if they have any bookings coming up and ask them if they mind leaving the empties in a box.

They are normally really happy for anyone to take away their empties if they want.

I ended up with loads this way. Good quality ones too.

Did you have any luck? I live in North Sydney and would love to get some bottles for some belgians

I tried a place near me, they weren't interested. I have instead done a few bin runs with good success. Think I have enough bottles for two batches now.

Should probably get my act together and contact more function centres
