From here

The CoolIT USB Beverage Chiller is the only way to keep your drink cold while youre at your computer. And it looks cool on any desktop!

The next must-have computer accessory is here. With the USB Beverage Chiller at your side, you can keep your beverage chilled and stay at your computer longer.

Just seconds after plugging the chiller into your computers USB port (no external outlet needed), the coldplate chills to 45 degrees Fahrenheit, the perfect temperature for keeping your beverage chilled.

... and looks especially cool plugged into a Powerbook!

Thats awesome! It can even work with the USB ports on a playstation!

Now I really want one.

Did anyone get one ?

I wouldn't expect too much out of this, considering USB can deliver a maximum of 5 watts (1 amp @ 5 volts). 5 watts of cooling is sweet bugger all, the plate might cool to 45 F, but there's no way it will keep your drink at 45 degrees.

Years ago I tried a USB coffee warmer, which was next to useless, so this should be even worse.

you guys must be slow drinkers if you need to keep it :chug: cool!
