Turning mini-keg into usable keg

Howdy all

So i'm so back into brewing and super happy with it all. Got 4 full kegs, and one almost empty one and keen to do another brew day next weekend.

Wife got me a 5L keg for christmas (like this). Only way i think i can currently use it is full it from my keg taps and take it to friends/bbq's. What i'm hoping for is a way to be able to catch the last few L's of a batch after i've filled 2 kegs. While this won't be tricky (would have oxygen contact though), i'm not sure how to carbonate it. I always remove my taps when carbonating (had too many disasters), so wondering if there is a way i could change it to a regular keg which i could add to my 3 tap fridge?
