40L minimum, don't dick around with a smaller one even if it comes in at a good price.

Birko and Crown equivalent quality but the Crown tap is a bit more robust.

I like the look of the Buffalo boilers now available in Aus, they have always had a really good rap on the UK forums.
 
I think what Bribie is trying to say, and he will correct me if I'm wrong, stay away from the Urn you have linked.
 
Yes, sorry I was posting about urns in general so the OP could make up his mind based on existing urns. I wouldn't bother with that 30L for BIAB but it could be good as a HLT as you just need to heat, not boil.
