Hi All,
I have kegged a batch of DSGA about 4 weeks ago and put it in the fridge last night. Poured a glass tonight when a got home and it has minimal carbonation.
Put 15L into keg and purged head space with CO2. So there would be about 5L of head space.
Primed with 60g of sugar and left for 4 weeks under the stairs (about 20 degrees.)
Would the larger than normal head space mean I should have put in more suger and can I just open and chuck some more in now.
I need the keg for next friday night. Or should I force carb? I only have a soda stream CO2 so it may used a fair bit of that.
Any help?
Thanks,
Nick

Hey Nick, the sodastream bottle will carb and pour 2 kegs easily.
