This is a scaled up version of Jamil's BCS APA w/o caramel with more hops. A quick question, will the amount of hops at the end be too much/ overwhelming (The Galaxy addition will be in the Hoprocket). I'm thinking delicious but with all the talk of Citra/Simcoe producing cat piss flavours/aromas, I'm not sure. I welcome any experience from people using lots of Simcoe/Citra late.
