All,
A good friend of mine (Yes, I have ONE) is going to renew his vows after 25 years. He has asked me if I would brew the beer for his reception. I am looking at 8 kegs of varying types of beer.

Problem 1. What do you reckon would make a nice balance of beers?

Problem 2. I wanted to canvass (particularly fellow Canberra brewers) as to the possibility of borrowing a Pluto gun for the event. It is not for quite a while yet, so I thought I would see what my chances were early.

If out - of - towners were prepared to loan theirs, I would, of course be happy to cover any costs involved.

I would offer beers in exchange, but I fear that most here would be brewing far superior stuff to me. (I aim to be in the realm of AG by then) :beerbang:

Please PM me if you reckon you might be able to help me out, or have any suggestions. (Please keep them to ones that are physically and/or morally possible)

Thanks in advance,

M

Bob,
I won't need it for almost a year yet... Just testing the water. I hope to have several of my own by then.

If I can get hold of a total of 8, then I will run all 8 kegs simultaneously. If not, then I will cycle the kegs through.

If you are in town, it would be good to catch up for a beer if you like.

Fridge and pool table are yours
