Looking at doing a super-dry ale:
any thoughts ?

Looking at doing a super-dry ale:
- using either 100%pils or Ale malt
- mash at 64 or maybe even 63
- increase mash water to grain vol to 4ltr/kg
- OG with grain to 1040
- another 4 points with dextrose
any thoughts ?
