Hi,
Im a bit slow to see this thread posted a bit in the buy n sell thread already
Been brewing for many years now since I got a coopers all in one kit many Christmas's ago, just now im taking it a bit more seriously, ATM im getting gear together, building a kegorator.
Ive made plenty of bad brews in the past (plenty of HomeBrand tins), ones that I only I would drink and exploding bottles My break-through was purchasing a temp control and a fridge for fermenting, the 20c fermenting really made a difference!
Next brew is going to be a hoegaarden, fat yak and a coopers sparkling ale. Should have the kegorator ready for these, fingers crossed.
Plans for future: Get some hop plants growing, move onto all grain brewing and get some decent brews happening!
