Wanted to clear out some space in the "brewing pantry" (i.e.: small cupboard above my desk), so I decided to throw it all together & see what it turns out like.

Was gonna copy/paste the recipe here out of the spreadsheet, but Excel locked up - so I screen shotted it instead:

Dissolved the lot in hot water in my pot, then brought to the boil for hops additions. The only thing in this that wasn't truly leftovers was the hops as after cooling the wort I put the lot straight over the top of the yeast cake of my previous brew (Coopers Heritage Lager) ... so it will be fermenting with that Coopers mix of lager & ale yeast @ approx 18-20c

Oh & the name I made up as it came over all stormy as I was brewing :)
 
This actually turned into a bloody good stout ... strong but very drinkable!
