what's the go with metasilicate? From what i've googled it's considered a detergent? is it better/different to just using the percarbonate?

Likely keen on a sack but what's the shelf life and storage requirements like? I've only stored small quantities in sealed buckets so far.

Just wasn't sure as there's plenty of love for the straight percarbonate, but not many takers for the metasilicate.

From what I understand, oxyper is basically 100% sodium percarbonate?

Perusing old thread, I understand the metasilicate can be used with the pure perc at a 5:1 perc/meta rashio to extend usage.....I saw it suggested that it is best kept separate until usage due to degradation...I have found that the pure perc can only be used when first dissolved in very hot water as otherwise it just makes a grey sludgy mess (wife was nbot happy). When used in this way, all very fine.
