Hi All,

Any one know what the usual ferment time for SN9 in 23 liters of woolies apple juice?

thanks

Dont know about SN9
But most cidars will take 3-4 weeks to finish

I like to use sn9 when am after a rather dry finishing cider. At 20 degrees mine normally finish more around the 10 - 14 day mark.

cheers

Yeah, I use to do 20 deg but then I got on the low and slow band wagon and have never looked back. Pitch it dry at 20 then ferment for 4 weeks at 16 you will end up with a perfectly clear cider with less alcohol taste.
