All Amc pale malt and all hallertau :chug: All IMC ale malt and N.B and P.O.R. :chug: All JWM trad malt and all cascade :chug: done this one twice. All JWM trad with cascade and EKG. :chug: All JWM pilsner malt all crystal hops :chug: All vienna malt all santiam hops. :chug: All barret burstons ale malt and all simcoe. :chug: All bairds M.O and various hops. :chug: So yes i have done a few of these single malt beers. Its a great way to brew and get to know your malts and hops. All these beers come up great. Jayse

It is made from just Golden Promise Malt - extremely nice. Will look at trying to clone this later on... if you find it - buy it - it will give you an idea of single malt brews. Hope this Helps.
