It did cross my mind! But I agree with Yob, anything with SN's logo on it immediately makes it "yes please" to me. If I hadn't been so late on this bulk buy I'd grab another couple for myself.

What I was trying to say earlier was that it's funny how these glasses un-marked in the US can sell for $25 a pair, yet Sierra Nevada sell them for $9 each...I'm guessing 'coz their name is on them, they see it as some free marketing, and therefore drop the price...whereas in reality they could probably charge more for IPA glasses with their name on it, because it makes them more desirable to guys like us.

Wish you hadn't. Wouldn't be surprised if SN decided not to supply except through their distributor if the distributor has complained (and i would if i was them).

Shouldn't be an issue, Phoenix have a contract to import their beers, not their merchandise. That would normally be a completely separate arrangement, and if Phoenix had it, you'd reckon they'd be selling SN stuff.
