Brewer's Notes
Simple one malt one hop. Scares me to think that its probably also one of the nicest beers I've done in years.
Southern Cross gives a good pleasant resiny flavour that's not unlike Hallertau. Perfect hop for a lawnmower beer.
Notes: Yeast was Fermentis US-05
Promash gave IBUs as 25. Think once again this database is incorrect.
10g Sachet of gelatin added to each keg to clarify.
